Almost 12 weeks!

I can't believe we are almost to the 12 week mark! Wow - time has flown.

This past weekend, we attended the wake and funeral of a dear friend, Brian. He was such a great guy - his life touched so many people. We are thankful to have known him.

After the funeral Saturday, Jon had to go to work. I spent the rest of the day at Patty's with Donnie, Liz, Bernie, and little Henry Hank. It was nice to just sit, talk, and play with Henry. It was a good day to be with family.

Sunday, I actually got up, went grocery shopping, and cleaned some! I actually cleaned our guest bathroom, which was in dire need of some bleach and scrubbing :) Jon decided to surprise me and come home early from work. We headed to Patty's for dinner that night.....the chili cheese dogs were a hit!! And, so was Patty's homemade chicken noodle soup that I will be having for lunch today!

Last night - Jon got the grill out and we grilled some chicken! I made corn-on-the-cob and baked potatoes. It really hit the spot!
