Egg-in-a-Hole

Ok - so I have a major girl crush on The Pioneer Woman. She has the best recipes - she hasn't failed me yet! I just have to share this one with you because...it's so easy, simple, and silly all at the same time.

Most people like their eggs a certain way. Scrambled, sunny-side up, over-easy, poached, omelet, yadda yadda yadda. I love eggs. Yet, I haven't found MY go-to, most-favorite way to eat them....until now.

So now when someone asks, "how do you like your eggs?". Well, I prefer my eggs in a hole please. Thank you.

If you love fried eggs and yummy buttered toast...you must try this. Seriously. It seems so trivial, but I've eaten them every day this week.  I even tried it with scrambled this morning for Jon and he said it was good!
